Strategy

Garrion People’s Housing Co-operative has six key corporate objectives:

1.	We will perform to the best of our abilities as a landlord and consult with tenants and others on how our performance can be continually improved.
2.	We will conduct ourselves in an open and accountable manner, displaying high standards of corporate governance.
3.	We will seek to achieve value for our tenant’s money in all aspects of the day to day business. We will take appropriate professional advice on matters of long-term finance and investments.
4.	We will ensure that a fair and consistent approach is used by staff when dealing with customers and that proper and accurate advice is being provided.
5.	We will continue to grow in a way which meets the needs of our Communities, Tenants and Shareholders.
6.	We will help address the social and economic imbalances in our community through Wider Action initiatives.

On three-yearly basis, it produces an Internal Management Plan that outlines information about the organisation, its achievements and its future work plans and a copy can be requested from the office on 01698 360740.
