Garrion People's Housing Co-op has recently completed the successful new build development at Castlehill Road.

Dawn Homes built 55 new family homes, with 37 being allocated by the Co-op to new tenants. We are also selling 12 properties through the New Supply Shared Equity Scheme NSSE and are working with the Scottish Government who are putting in a 20% - 40% share in each property.

Unfortunately, due to the current financial situation with public spending cuts, we are unable to say when any future new build developments will be taking place but will keep our tenants and other customers informed.
