The Co-operative will be closed from 12noon on 24th December 2008 and will be closed for the festive break and will re-open at 9.00am on .Tuesday 6th January 2009

We are a community based Housing Co-operative operating in the Gowthrapple area of Wishaw offering a wide range of housing for rent and low cost home ownership to residents.  

We aim to provide a high quality locally based landlord service, which is locally controlled, consulting with and involving the community in key policy and other decisions.  At the same time we will manage our tenants’ money with care, taking all steps to ensure that the Co-operative provides a value for money service in all aspects of its business.
